The South Carolina Medical Equipment Services Association (SCMESA) is an organization of firms that provide home medical equipment and supplies to citizens of South Carolina to allow them to remain in their homes with a greater quality of life. SCMESA was formed out of a common need for a more unified voice in legislative matters, and a need for continuing education and information critical to our continued success as an industry. Together we are more effective in responding to challenges in the home medical equipment industry.

SCMESA members provide Home Medical Equipment to patients that require prescriptions from physicians for coverage by Medicare and/or Medicaid, and third party insurers to show medical necessity. Cash sales are also available.
